This Subscription & Cancellation Policy applies to the Northwest Gears Rewards Membership offered by NORTHWELL DISTRIBUTION LLC through northwestgears.com.

By purchasing the Northwest Gears Rewards Membership, you agree to the recurring billing terms described below.

1. Membership Billing

The Northwest Gears Rewards Membership is a monthly recurring membership billed at $29.99 USD every 30 days.

Your first payment is charged at checkout, at the time you purchase the Northwest Gears Rewards Membership. You will be charged $29.99 now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription.

By placing your monthly recurring order of Northwest Gears Rewards Membership, you will be charged $29.99 now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and a receipt after each successful transaction.

2. What Is Included

While your membership remains active and in good standing, Northwest Gears Rewards Membership may include:

- Member-only discounts on eligible Northwest Gears products
- Priority customer support
- Expedited order processing when available
- Early access to selected product launches or limited offers
- Exclusive seasonal member offers
- Access to member-only content or rewards when available

Membership benefits may vary from time to time. Benefits are active only while your membership remains current and paid.

3. Automatic Renewal

Your Northwest Gears Rewards Membership renews automatically every 30 days until you cancel.

By purchasing the membership, you authorize NORTHWELL DISTRIBUTION LLC to charge the payment method used at checkout for $29.99 every 30 days until cancellation.

4. Electronic Notification and Receipts

You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to each recurring transaction and a receipt after each successful transaction.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address associated with your account is accurate and able to receive these notifications.

5. How to Cancel

You may cancel your Northwest Gears Rewards Membership at any time.

To cancel or manage your membership:

- Log in to your customer account at northwestgears.com and manage your subscription settings, or
- Email us at contact@northwestgears.com with the subject line “Cancel Membership — [Your Order Email]”, or
- Submit a request through the Cancel Membership page if available on the website.

No phone call is required to cancel your membership.

Cancellation requests are processed as promptly as possible. To avoid a future charge, please submit your cancellation request before your next scheduled billing date.

6. Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel your Northwest Gears Rewards Membership, no further recurring charges will be applied after the cancellation is processed.

Your membership benefits may remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. After the membership ends, member-only benefits, discounts, and access may no longer be available.

7. Membership Refunds

Northwest Gears Rewards Membership charges are eligible for refund requests within 14 days of the billing date for that billing cycle.

To request a refund for a membership charge, contact us at contact@northwestgears.com within 14 days of the charge and include your name, order email, and order number if available.

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, when approved, are issued to the original payment method.

8. Pricing or Benefit Changes

We may update the membership price, included benefits, or membership terms from time to time.

If we make a material change to the recurring price or key membership terms, we will notify active members by email before the change takes effect when required by applicable law. You may cancel your membership if you do not agree to the updated terms.
