6. One-Time Purchases
Physical products may be available as one-time purchases.
A one-time purchase does not create a recurring subscription unless the customer separately selects or adds the Northwest Gears Rewards Membership or another subscription option.
7. Northwest Gears Rewards Membership and Recurring Billing
The Northwest Gears Rewards Membership is a recurring monthly membership billed at $29.99 USD every 30 days.
Your first payment is charged at checkout, at the time you purchase the Northwest Gears Rewards Membership.
By placing your monthly recurring order of Northwest Gears Rewards Membership, you will be charged $29.99 now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and a receipt after each successful transaction.
By purchasing the Northwest Gears Rewards Membership, you authorize NORTHWELL DISTRIBUTION LLC to charge your payment method for the recurring amount shown at checkout until you cancel.
The Northwest Gears Rewards Membership must be selected by the customer. It should not be preselected by default.
8. Cancellation of Membership
You may cancel your Northwest Gears Rewards Membership at any time.
To cancel or manage your membership, log in to your customer account or contact us at contact@northwestgears.com.
No phone call is required to cancel.
Cancellation requests should be submitted before your next scheduled billing date to avoid a future recurring charge.
9. Refunds and Returns
Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund Policy.
Opened and unopened products are eligible for return within the return window described in our Refund Policy, subject to the terms and exclusions stated there.
10. Shipping
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, address issues, or high-demand periods.
11. Reviews and Testimonials
Any reviews, testimonials, ratings, or customer feedback displayed on the website must reflect real customer experiences and must not be false, fabricated, misleading, or presented in a way that misrepresents the reviewer’s experience.
