This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through northwestgears.com, operated by NORTHWELL DISTRIBUTION LLC.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when available.
2. Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled through our fulfillment partners and shipping carriers.
For merchant processing and bank compliance purposes, Northwest Gears uses or will use a U.S.-based fulfillment solution for applicable U.S. orders when required by our processing partners.
3. Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch may vary by destination, carrier, customs processing, and demand periods.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5 to 10 business days
- Canada: 6 to 12 business days
- United Kingdom: 8 to 12 business days
- Europe: 8 to 12 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 8 to 12 business days

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Promotional free shipping offers may be available from time to time and will be clearly displayed at checkout when applicable.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email when tracking is available.
Please allow 1 to 2 business days after shipment for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
If you have not received tracking information within 4 business days after placing your order, contact us at contact@northwestgears.com.
6. Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total unless clearly stated at checkout.
Northwest Gears does not control customs processing times, import fees, or customs decisions.
7. Wrong Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at contact@northwestgears.com.
We can only update an address before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Northwest Gears is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen after delivery.
If your tracking shows delivered and you have not received the package, please first contact the shipping carrier or local delivery office. If the issue is not resolved, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
